About John

John has over 30 years experience in process development, project management, balancing amongst small, medium, and large scale capital projects (spanning preclinical, clinical, and manufacturing).  He leads teams to create capabilities and capacity while optimizing process equipment, improving user interface, and increasing overall asset sustainability. John always adopts a pragmatic “right first time” approach ensuring end user understanding and “buy in” (utilizing novel methods such as “3D/VR Make a Batch”).  He provides expertise in implementing protection of everything: the person, product, equipment, and facility and constantly strives to improve all layers of protection and vendor offerings.  John currently holds 3 patents, with an additional 2 pending.
