About Norwin

Norwin Voegeli is the Founder, President, and Partner of Lugaia USA, a position he has held since establishing the company in September 2020. A Swiss and U.S. citizen, he brings extensive experience across international and North American markets.

Prior to founding Lugaia USA, Norwin gained valuable experience working with global industry leaders such as IBM and Siemens, as well as with small and medium-sized enterprises and startups. His expertise spans business development, sales and marketing, and the management of complex, large-scale projects in highly regulated industries.

Norwin has lived and worked in the United States since 2005. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Bern University of Applied Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. He also served as an officer in the Swiss Army.

Norwin resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with his wife Andrea. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar as a hobby musician, sailing, cycling, going to the gym, photography, and traveling.
